I never write reviews before,but I have to do one now first I lost my confidence, I was wearing my hair cover if I go out dressing up was not a thing for me .since I found Mimi she gave me full confidence.i love going to the shop it’s serene and the staff is very warm and welcoming. The scent from the product is so nice and relaxing ,thank you Mimi for helping me to regain my confidence, most wonderful place and staff .

It's truly rare to find a place like SS Hair An adult Disney experience began as you walk through the door. The facility is very clean and serene. It has a calming effect on you. Staff members are so professional, polite and organized. The Owner Mimi is awesome! I left armed with knowledge and at the same time feeling pampered. I will be a customer for LIFE.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience with Mimi as my instructor while completing my education and training to become a Certified Trichologist. From the beginning, she was extremely knowledgeable, informative, patient, and genuinely committed to making sure I understood the material being taught and not simply completing a course or memorizing information to receive a certification.
Coming into the program as a Registered Nurse, one of the things I appreciated most was Mimi’s ability to help me understand how my nursing background and my role as a trichologist can complement one another while still maintaining the appropriate professional boundaries between the two. She helped me better identify my scope and understand how to bring my healthcare knowledge into this new chapter without blurring the lines between nursing and trichology. That guidance was extremely valuable to me. Whenever I did not have a clear understanding of something, Mimi took the time to explain it and make sure I truly understood before moving forward. I never felt uncomfortable asking questions, and she never spoke down to me or made me feel less than for not knowing something. Her tone was always positive, encouraging, and respectful, which created an environment where I felt comfortable learning, asking questions, and growing professionally.
What also meant so much to me was the compassion and understanding she extended to me while I was dealing with the loss of my mother during my educational journey. I was navigating an incredibly difficult time personally while working toward becoming a Certified Trichologist, and the patience, grace, and understanding she showed me is something I will always remember and appreciate. Completing this program was about much more than earning another credential for me. It was the beginning of a new professional chapter and an opportunity to expand upon my years of experience as a Registered Nurse in an entirely new way. I am truly grateful that Mimi was part of that foundation. I am excited about where this journey will take me, and I look forward to continuing to learn and grow within the field of trichology. I also hope this is only the beginning of my educational journey with Mimi as I continue developing professionally and eventually expand into the education side of the field myself.
